CPC Distinctive Philanthropy Event Award

This award recognizes an exemplary philanthropy event? Our chapter was honored for our Diamonds and Denim Gala. At the event, we had a nice Italian meal, games set up to play, fun philanthropy trivia, live music, and a service and philanthropy award ceremony. The award ceremony was a perfect way to encourage women to keep up the hard work and to celebrate our sisters successes. We ended up raising more money than we have in recent years, established something new that was fun, and shared our philanthropy with our loved ones.

Outstanding Scholarship Program Award

This award recognizes a proactive scholarship program assisting all chapter members in development of improved academic habits, the identification of beneficial resources internal and external to the chapter, and the programming that recognizes superior academic achievement of chapter members. Our program focuses on celebrating our women's academic achievements, connecting women with faculty on campus, and helping women when school gets tough.

Outstanding Collaboration Award

This award recognizes a sorority or fraternity that hosts a program that promote[s] positive interactions with individuals outside of chapter or council membership? Delta Zeta was honored for our collaboration with the Deaf Redbirds Association. We realized that both organizations on campus have the same philanthropic goals of hearing and speech. We donate 10% of all our philanthropy money to this campus organization that is doing so much for hearing and speech locally. We cannot wait to see our collaboration grow stronger!

Distinctive Service Event Award

This awards recognizes an exemplary service event hosted by a chapter? We won for an event we hosted for a young boy fighting cancer. This little boy is a close family friend of a woman in our chapter, and we all wanted to make him feel loved and supported. We spent the event making cards for him and a sweet video!

House Director of the Year

This award recognizes the impact and contribution of a fraternity or sorority House Director on the chapter that they serve. Our amazing House Director, Jamie Culbertson, was honored for the time and effort she puts in to make our women feel safe and loved!

Sorority Member of the Year

This award is presented to a sorority member based on her outstanding and continued service to the University, the community, and her chapter. This person excels in academics, leadership, campus and community participation, and personal character? Our sister, Lexi Showalter, was awarded for all her hard work for the chapter, Panhellenic community, academics, and service to the surrounding community!

Innovative Program of the Year

This award recognizes programs that demonstrate innovative and unique programming initiatives that promote the chapter and/or community values. We were honored for our mental health programming. It was implemented to help our sisters learn more about making healthy decisions. Before the programming occurred, we let the women in our chapter vote on what was most important to them. We want our women to always feel important!
